Receive immediate alerts from your app. Gain instant access to indoor or outdoor cameras in the event of a security incident. Choose from self-monitoring for $9.99 or 24/7 professional monitoring for $24.99.
Flood Detection and Prevention Add On
Do more than detect a flood - prevent a flood in your home. Use moisture sensors to integrate with smart home for instant alerts in the case of a flood. The smart water valve will then instantly turn off the main water valve - preventing the flood to destroy your home.

With teach Life Smarter Hub/App comes Routines, Scenes, and Automations, which are created and run locally in your home.
Routines are smart home enhancements that run based on your GPS location, motion in the home, or by the touch of a button on your app. Routines included in all packages: Good Morning, Goodnight, Welcome Home, and Goodbye. For example, Goodnight will turn off all lights, lock all doors, close garage door, turn on porch light, and activate alarm system.
Scenes are smart home options that run based on a button on your phone or scene controller in a room. Scenes set the mood for certain activities. Scenes included in all packages: Dinner Scene, Movie Scene, and Reading Scene. For example, the Movie scene will dim the lights, close the blinds, and turn on the television to a channel at a preselected volume.
Automations can be run by touch of a button, a trigger word through voice assistant, motion in the home, or simply by time of day. Automations refer to the action of a light or fan turning on or off or to a certain dimness, light music playing around dinner time, or the security system disarming upon first motion in the home in the morning.
